We are looking for a high-energy Solutions Sales Manager who has a strong technical aptitude, a background in SaaS, and a formidable sales instinct.  This role is part of our Solutions Sales team which we are expanding in our Singapore office.  The Solutions Sales Manager will drive market share by creating and delivering leads that build pipelines for our Tech Solutions Sales team.

The Solutions Sales Manager will be expected to:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for technical solutions by engaging with prospects, partners and key customers throughout APAC
  • Identify and cultivate prospects to ensure conversion to customer acquisition, increase of customer retention and overall growth of the business in APAC
  • Accelerate customer adoption of our products and ensure that the customers understand relevant product use cases and other relevant value propositions
  • Promote a strong team dynamic with collaborative teams including those with technical, delivery and finance functions

As a Solutions Sales Manager, you would have:

  • More than five (5) years of sales or business development experience working in SaaS, tech products or software sales
  • Demonstrable experience in a hunter role within APAC countries
  • Technical background in big data analytical tools, web applications and so on or hands on experience in an SaaS role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audience
  • A good understanding and commercial awareness around software product implementation, licensing models, procurement processes and cycles implemented by relevant industries
