Finance Manager


The role

We are looking for a Finance Manager in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
  • Oversee and guide works done by the finance team
  • Perform Consolidation of the Company and its subsidiaries (“Group”)
  • Produce monthly financial reports related to the Company’s and Group’s monthly performance and financial standing in a timely manner
  • Monitor the actual profit and loss statement to ensure that it is in line with the approved budget for the Group
  • Produce monthly management report for the Company and the Group and interpreting financial information to management in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts for the Group
  • Produce quarterly Board of Directors’ presentation slides regarding the Group’s performance and financial updates
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior management’s strategic analysis and decision-making purposes
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Liaise with external parties for auditing, banking, investments and tax agents and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen current internal controls and process improvements
  • Keep abreast with technological advances, and the application of them to financial operations within the company


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
  • Candidates with previous audit experience prior to starting out in a commercial role will stand an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance manager position performing management reporting functions
  • Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate work processes are adopted and discipline in adhering to strict reporting timelines
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Possess excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – Good communication skills
  • Meticulous and excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • Driven, committed individual who is a goal-getter and is motivated by new challenges
