We are looking for a driven Client Success Manager to join our Client Success Team.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Handshakes Malaysia customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure successful adoption, usage, and growth.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and maintain thorough knowledge of Handshakes’ products/services
- Develop/enhance customer relationships to drive revenue and usage growth within the designated portfolio
- Drive promotional initiatives and sales strategies for new feature and product launches to generate upselling opportunities
- Attend to clients’ enquiries and technical support requests in a professional manner
- Perform basic troubleshooting and validate issues/incidents raised by end users
- Work closely with products/technical teams to work on fixes of defects/bugs raised by customers or identified through internal UAT
- Identify any training/knowledge needs for clients and execute client trainings
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in account management
- Customer-focused and service-minded with a strong track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
