The role

We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end closing in a timely manner, including maintaining relevant schedules, entering JV entries and performing variance analysis
  • Prepare interco billing and assist with interco reconciliations
  • Assist with cash flow planning
  • Assist with annual audit and corporate tax filing
  • Assist in improving of processes and documenting of SOPs
  • Assist in management reporting and monthly reporting to stakeholders
  • Assist with office administrative matters
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma in finance/accountancy/LCCI/CAT or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, meticulous and committed personality; able to work independently and to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to read and communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
