A: Customising our Technology products to fit your exact needs. Presently, we have 2 technologies you can choose from: SEER (text analysis artificial intelligence) and FUSE (visual graph network analysis). We understand that the default APP may not be tailored to your needs, so we can customise each technology to suit your business.

A: Our flagship product, Handshakes APP, is the perfect example. APP is powered by both SEER and FUSE technologies. SEER will scan, extract and understand company data from different data sources, and the different data sources are then fused together for network analysis using FUSE.

Some of our clients use SEER and FUSE for: Scanning news for relevant topics and extracting data (SEER) then empowering their own business databases with relevant data for analysis (FUSE). Scanning customer feedback for action items (SEER) and increasing customer happiness when the action items are immediately connected and triggered in their CRM (FUSE).

Monitoring stock market news, IPOs, Annual Reports and more (SEER) for market events, which may be connected to, and impact, investment portfolios (FUSE). Scanning legal documents and emails for precedence or topics of interest (SEER). Applying network analysis on CRM data to identify business opportunities (FUSE). Applying network analysis on Regulatory data to identify non-compliance (FUSE).

A: SEER is artificial intelligence that specialises in reading English. It uses machine learning to mimic how humans learn. For example, we can give SEER 100 examples of "good customer feedback" and 100 examples of "bad customer feedback and once trained, SEER can now automatically help you classify what is "good" or "bad" customer feedback. SEER can be trained to read practically anything - from emails to legal documents, news to social media.

A: A good diversity of training material is best. With at least 100 positive examples and 100 negative examples for each topic or concept that you wish to train SEER in, it can be possible to achieve results of up to 90% accuracy.

A: World Peace. SEER cannot create World Peace. Yet.

A: Definitely cheaper than manual work. And the competition.

A: FUSE is the network graph visualization and analysis technology that powers Handshakes APP. For example, in the case of APP, the FUSE technology connects discrete databases together (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong) and applies advanced analytics to discover insights like conflict-of-interest, collusion, related parties and more. For our clients, this can mean connecting various in-house databases together, or even fusing in-house data with Handshakes data for "bigger picture" intelligence.

A: SEER and FUSE are deployed as customised-of-the-shelf (COTS) projects which can be installed within your own premises or hosted in the cloud. Speaking to our solution analysts will be the fastest way for our team to propose a complete solution for you. This includes everything from solution design, feature customisation, infrastructure requirements, installation, training, change management and ongoing maintenance.

A: For a typical consulting report (1 individual due-diligence report), our team will be able to provide you with a comprehensive report within 5 business days.

A: Our company registry data comes from official records while our Capital Markets data is obtained from public disclosure documents. We currently offer coverage from Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Our Company Registry (SG) data is obtained from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore. Our Company Registry (MY) data originates from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
